The guarantee provided by Bespoke Roofing Sussex is valid only for the original purchaser of the roofing service and is not transferable upon the sale or transfer of the property unless otherwise agreed.

The guarantee becomes void if any unauthorized person accesses or performs work on the roof without prior written consent from Bespoke Roofing.

Additionally, the guarantee does not cover damage caused by named storms or severe weather events officially designated by meteorological authorities. Bespoke Roofing Sussex reserves the right to inspect and verify any claim made under the guarantee.
