Flat roofing systems
We install three-layer felt, GRP fibreglass and fibre-reinforced liquid systems where they are suitable for the roof. The covering is only part of the specification: the condition of the deck, falls, outlets, perimeter trims, upstands and adjoining walls must also be considered. Chimneys, leadwork and rainwater details
Water can enter around failed lead flashings, back gutters, deteriorated pointing, cracked flaunching or poorly weathered abutments. Subject to weather, access and local flight restrictions, drone photography can show tiles, slates, chimneys, leadwork, valleys, ridges and flat-roof coverings. This often supports a clearer quotation without erecting access solely to view the roof.
