At Bespoke roofing we specialise in Worthing replacement roofs - from complete new roofs to replacing the roof lining.
We carry our own scaffolding in Worthing so we are able to not only put the scaffolding up promptly, but we will not use your property as yard space!
Once scaffolding is erected we will strip all the tiles from the roof - should new tiles be going on the roof we will remove the old ones from site. We stack up existing tiles should just the roof lining need changing.
We then strip the existing roof lining back to the roof rafters and supply and lay new BBA approved roofing membrane to the exposed roof. Tannalised batten is then fitted to the newly installed membrane.
We then fit a rigid eave support tray to the eave course of tiles.
Tiles are then laid or re-laid to the roofing area. Any areas that require mortar are fitted using your choice of yellow or black sand.
