Guarantee Transferability

Please note that all guarantees provided by Bespoke Roofing & Renovations apply only to the original customer named on the quotation/invoice and the original property address where the works were carried out. Guarantees are not transferable to another person, homeowner, tenant, purchaser, or any other third party. Any transfer of ownership or occupancy does not transfer the guarantee unless agreed in writing by Bespoke Roofing & Renovations.
